Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

You may also exercise the right online at https://www.i-innocent.art/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use that function, we will immediately send an acknowledgement on a durable medium, such as email, containing the withdrawal information and the date and time received.

Sending the statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs caused by choosing a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed without cost to you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
